Best Recipes: White Chocolate Brownies

Heres a twist on the traditional chocolate brownies. Flip the script and make these delicious brownies make a real white chocolate. White chocolate brownies are different, but equally delicious taste sensation. chocolate chips scattered throughout, not only for more traditional taste, but it looks nice.

¼ cup butter,
6 dl. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp.
½ teaspoon salt. vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease baking pan 8x8x2 cm; reserved. A small heavy saucepan, melt half the butter and white chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

medium bowl, beat eggs mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat for about 3 minutes or until thickened.

Add the melted white chocolate mixture, flour, salt and vanilla. Beat just until combined. Mix the drops of dark chocolate and white chocolate remaining. Spread the mixture is prepared pan.

Bake 30 minutes or until top is evenly browned. Cool is a pan-European network. Cut the bars. Keep covered and refrigerate.
