Making Great Hamburger (or sandwich) rolls

We have already said, Boller done burger and nothing makes a better burger buns homemade. In fact, once you've had a hamburger in a bun fresh homemade, burgers will never be the same .

You can use your favorite bread mix (or bread recipe) to make hamburger buns or sandwich terrible. A mixture of two bread will be about eighteen hamburger buns and a great mix of single or bread mix bread machine will make eight or ten.

Mix the dough according to package directions or recipe, and then remove the dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic. Let it rise until it has doubled very swollen - an hour or more paper.

Butter two large baking sheets (for a mixture of two bread) or covered with parchment paper. When the dough has risen, deflate it and divide the dough into eighteen equal pieces with a sharp knife (or pieces of 3 ounces each level of your kitchen scales).

Form smooth round balls by pulling the dough around the center and pinch seams together at the bottom of the roll. Place on a greased baking sheet provides space for expansion. (You can put a dozen of them on a 12-inch baking sheet --- 18 inch three rows of four cylinders each.)

On a baking sheet, gently press the balls into flat discs with his hand . The dough should be inclined to go back. Let the dough rest for a few minutes, then press again. You may need to repeat the process until you have discs that are 3 1 / 2-4 inches in diameter and 2.1 to 3/4-inch thick.

Brush the top with flour (we use a screen or sieve to distribute the flour). Cover lightly with plastic rollers and allow them to rise again until doubled and puffy - about an hour. Let them grow up all too soft, light buns.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake loaves for 15 minutes or until top is a rich brown gold. If you are baking two sheets at a time, move the top sheet with the bottom sheet halfway through cooking, so the rolls will bake evenly. Immediately remove rolls on a rack to cool.
