Cooking with Kids - What You Should Know

At what age should children be able to participate in the kitchen? If the idea of letting their children loose in the kitchen evokes visual spaghetti sticky mashed into the soil and ground spraying sauce on the wall, I'll give you some advice. Not all catering and cleaning.

In this easy appetizer recipe for a child:

VEGIE Dip

Ingredients:
1 TSPOON salad dressing
1 pkg cream cheese
Celery Broccoli
Carrot

Direction:
Combine (required to taste), salad dressing and cream cheese in a small bowl. Cut and wash, broccoli, celery and carrots. Arrange some sliced vegetables to soak in a bowl. (Vegetables are dunking diving).
