Almond Chicken Strips

Ingredients

¼ cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons of chicken broth or sherry
2 egg whites slightly beaten
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 pound breasts skinless boneless chicken
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

Chicken marinated 15 minutes

Ingredients:

¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon teaspoon teaspoon tarragon
¼ teaspoon pepper 4 boneless chicken breasts, skinless

Directions:

First mix in a large bowl, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and dried tarragon spread over chicken breast. marinate at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes for several hours in the refrigerator. Grill, uncovered, for about 10 or 12 minutes on medium heat.

Broccoli

Ingredients

2 cups grated cheese
2 cups of steamed cauliflower and broccoli, chopped
1 Betty Kennedy or White Sauce

Directions:

Place Betty Kennedy's White Sauce in large bowl. The amount of white sauce on the number of portions desired. Then add the vegetables and cheese. Boil three ingredients over low heat to medium term. Turn off the oven when the cheese is melted and cauliflower or broccoli is tender.
