healthy ground beef recipe

This healthy ground beef recipe is so delicious as it is nutritious. This chili has a bold, heavy, distinctive flavor of chili lovers grateful.

Ingredients:

1 pound lean beef chopped
1 tablespoon ground. extra virgin olive oil
2 cups red kidney beans
