Protein Pancakes - These delicious pancakes are rich in protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates to digest that provide energy throughout the first day

Ingredients:.

1. 3 whole eggs
3 egg whites,
3 2.tablespoons of protein powder vanilla
4 A half-cup of oatmeal
5. Cucumber
6. Onion
