Instructions
First Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until light brown. Pipes garlic, curry, cinnamon, paprika, bay leaves, ginger, sugar and salt. Continue to stir for 2 minutes. Add chicken pieces, tomato sauce, yogurt and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. 2nd Remove the bay leaf and stir in lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Simmer 5 minutes more.
