Fundraising: How to design a Santa breakfast

During the holidays, many schools and churches plan a Pancake Breakfast with Santa holiday fundraiser. In fact, one of the most fun and simple fundraising, you can host. Paso. 1 Select a charity choose a charity to receive funds for me, the best charities to benefit are linked to children -.. at least during the holidays Is there a childrens hospital in your city Or a family that has a hard time at school or church?

Step 2. Time and place

Now you can start planning a date and time. If you do not have access to an installation, contact local churches or schools to see if you can use your skills to the event. If a place called no to keep asking. You will probably have to sign a contract stating that you follow the rules of construction and cleaning up after the event. ensure the facility as soon as possible in advance of the event.

Step 3 Finding volunteers

Now that you have reserved a place and one day, its time to call for the troops. You need a lot of resources (people and materials). We hope that by asking around, youll find lots of ways to get free.

In some places to contact are:
local military (if you have a nearby base.) High School Sports Clubs Churches Schools Mothers Club of local businesses, universities, shops, restaurants and Girl Scouts

Of course Santa.Ask around and find someone willing to take a family member.

Step 4 Determining Entertainment and Activities,

of course, the main attraction is Santa, and pancakes. However, if you have a great turnout we will have other activities to entertain children.

Set up a craft table for children. The games are also fun. Alteration of classic games and Christmas to turn on them - as the nose on your pins.

Santa Photos with Santa Plan. Find a local photographer and allow the photographer to see a sign for advertising. Also asked to donate a percentage of the turnover of the organization. Often the photographers are happy for the opportunity.

Establish an area of storytelling. All you need a quiet place, a few good books for Christmas, and comfortable cushions. And, of course, face painting is a must have.

Step 5. Encourage breakfast with Santa to raise funds

now, pass the word to make your event a success:
Provide brochures to all sites below
pre-primary schools and libraries
Libraries
Government Offices Health Care

Also, contact local radio stations, newspapers and family publications. Let something positive news to report.

All that is. From there, just to enjoy the event knowing that youre doing something great and help others. Merry Christmas!
