Super Food Recipes: Healthy and tasty recipes 2

Many types of food available in grocery stores and health food can now be called superfoods. Typical superfoods contain some vegetables (such as spirulina, algae, and chlorella), herbs, antioxidants, sea vegetables, essential fatty acids, probiotics, enzymes and energy improvements may properly be called superfoods. Some of the common superfoods you've probably heard of blue-green algae, spirulina, blueberries, fish oils and probiotics (beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract, for example).

It important to note that the superfoods really one of the richest sources of nutrients from the body. However, it is also important to invent new ways to prepare and delicious superfoods, so that they continue to delight, not the body but also your taste buds.

That's why I'm always looking to find great new recipes that can be done through simple ingredients and super healthy. Combine all ingredients in the following two recipes are easy to find in most supermarkets, health food stores or health stores online.

Here are two excellent recipes using powdered Spirulina. The first recipe is one that you can enjoy anytime of day or night, or as a snack or as an accent for a healthy meal. The second recipe is a sumptuous-yet-healthy dessert, which can serve as a delicious side to any meal.

Recipe # 1 Billy Nuggets

Ingredients: raw chocolate pens, hemp seed oil, cold pressed coconut, agave syrup, powder with Spirulina super pharm peppermint herbal extract. Equipment needed: a bowl, mix the ingredients spoon.

Mix these dry:

- 2 cups chocolate pens
- 2 cups hemp seeds
- 2 c. powdered super tablespoon of spirulina-based

Mix 8 ounces of raw cocoa boss in the blender until the mixture begins to turn to dust and become gummy in the structure, then add 2 cups of warm water and stir for a minute.

Then add:

- 3 / 4 cup of agave nectar
- 2 cups hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon of spirulina superfood powder-based catalyst for the effects of chocolate

Add enough water to keep the mixture and stir for another minute . Pour into a glass bowl in the refrigerator to set for two hours. Serve and enjoy!

Note: If you use a traditional blender, uses about half the quantity of ingredients and mix at least twice as long

with superfoods into your meals and snacks are a great way to feel better and more energy throughout the day. Try both delicious recipes to prepare yourself, or plan a special dinner with a friend or loved one. You should give everyone a wonderful gift for the presence of nutrition that is good.

Add:

- 3 / 4 cup agave syrup
- Add 3 / 4 oil coconut cup
- Add 20 drops of peppermint extract herb pharm

Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour . Then with a spoon scoop mixture and shape with fingers in the balls one inch. Roll in a bowl of hemp seeds (hint: add the coconut oil on the fingers cut paste). Refrigerator nuggets at least another hour. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe # 2 Billy's Raw Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: raw chocolate pens, hemp seeds, agave syrup, powdered spirulina super-base and water. Equipment needed: Vita-Prep blender (or equivalent)
