Three easy pasta recipes

When I get home and have little time to prepare lunch, the fastest ever dish is pasta. You can enjoy a full meal in 10 minutes (longer to boil water).

Pasta is a genuine food, most of which contain only water and flour, to be safe for people of all ages. The difference is in how we dress. But following the rules of the Mediterranean diet, which combines vegetables with carbohydrates, if the right amount of fat (good fat) is used, it can really be considered a high quality food for all ages.

The number of calories of a pasta dish (not given the dressing) is approximately 300 kcal. In addition, the dressing makes a complete meal for about 600kcal, that matches perfectly with a balanced diet and healthy.

There are many industrialized dressings that may contain chemicals, but as seen in the following recipes, is a more simple and easy to cook a good meal and a very easy to find the freshest ingredients.

Tasty Tuna Pasta

This recipe is my children's favorite. It is a complete meal you pasta (carbohydrates), extra virgin olive oil (good fat), grated parmesan and tuna (proteins).

You need 4
400 grams of pasta (500gr, if you want a flat sole and complete)
3 cans of tuna in olive oil (I use 160gr can)
5 anchovy fillets
4 pieces of garlic (minced )
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 or 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 lemon juice

How to:
Put the pasta in boiling salted water and set the timer for the cooking time (some the goodness of a pasta dish is its correct cook - the overcooked pasta loses taste).

Then put the extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic, anchovy fillets, minced, and immediately after the tuna. Mix everything, add a bit of hot pepper (optional) and before you turn the gas off, add the lemon juice.

When the pasta is ready, drain in a colander and put it back into the pan. Add the tuna and mix the Parmesan cheese. Mix well and ... is over.

Tagliatelle Alfredo I've had this recipe for the Alfredo restaurant waitress Epcot Center, many years ago.

You will need (4 people):
400g and noodles (fettuccine fresh would be great)
250gr cream
120g good-quality Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon butter

on it:
After you set the pasta in boiling salted water (Hint:. Add a little olive oil in water, avoid fresh pasta to connect with each other), take a pan and put the butter, cream and Parmesan cheese together. Bring a small gas and stir until it is warmed but not boiling.

When dough is done, drain it through a sieve and add the hot cream and mix well. Takes place).

pasta tomatoes and cherry poutargue

here, you must have grated bottarga but worth it: cool. You will need (for 4 people:
400 gr of spaghetti
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 or 5 cloves garlic,
chopped parsley, chopped
500 g cherry tomatoes,
grated bottarga how:

After putting the spaghetti boiling water with salt, put the extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add garlic and parsley and add a little color. Add the cherry tomatoes in half, mixed with the rest for a long time, then turn off the gas.

When the pasta is cooked, add this mixture by adding grated bottarga. Perfect with a glass of white wine. Enjoy!
