Lunch fast, easy and healthy lunch packable

To start school, moms are looking for new themes to give their children food. PB & J is getting old, fast. Here are some tips to make your child the envy of the cafeteria!

Turkey Wrap

In a whole wheat tortilla, in line with Turkey and honey / Colby Jack cheese. You can add a touch of honey mustard, or just let it dry. Wrap tightly. The meat and cheese can be substituted for what your child likes. You can even just use the cheese and add the vegetables before assembling for a vegetarian menu. !

Enjoy Noodles Galore

Send your child to school with a plastic container filled with your favorite noodles. Whether it's spaghetti, Chinese, macaroni and cheese, pasta salad, or simply, you can create the variety that is tasty and fun to eat. Just the day before and refrigerate it out just before going to school. It should be perfect for lunch.

Use Mini Pizzas

English muffin or cookie crust, mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni and pizza sauce. Pack separately in small containers or zip bags. Show your child how to assemble the pizza (s) once in school. If you have access to a microwave oven that can heat the pizza. If they do, cold pizza is great too!

Fruit kebabs

When it comes to comfort the children, sometimes things just do not taste. If you do grapes, apple slices, pieces of melon, strawberries, and mini-marshmallows in the kebab, the child can not help himself to eat everything. You can also add cheese cubes. Add to Favorites wooden skewer or straw. It can also be so divided!

Mini Dinosaurs

Order Deli meats and cheeses extra thick, then use a dinosaur or a cookie cutter animal genetics to cut slices of kid friendly characters. Try: a peanut butter

½ C graham cracker crumbs with honey

Mix all ingredients except graham crackers in a large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in crumbs to coat, then freeze. Balls will be thawed lunchtime. Yum Color Code extras! Always make an effort to pack a variety of colors when you add the surcharge to your child's lunch. red peppers, carrots, kiwi, red, yellow and green apple, etc. If your children are not fruit or vegetable lovers, add some ranch dressing or dip caramel dip to encourage them to enjoy. Getting vegetables is much more important than the few ounces it takes to dip down!
