I like Pie! You can not? But yes, everybody loves pie! With so many flavors from fresh and fruity, chocolate and whipped cream or cream fashion. Pie takes place in the cupcake chic and it is not surprising when the cake is attractive to young and old men and women. Men enjoy a delicious homemade cake and usually do not like, foo foo princess cupcakes. Because chocolate is what many fans wanted dessert, I decided to share with you my favorite homemade recipe chocolate pie is rich, creamy and oh so good!

I recommend this cake homemade chocolates for any occasion. It is ideal for birthdays, family reunions, potluck dinners, lunches ladies as a thank you gift to a pastor or teaching and is a great way to show you care for someone who is sick or has needs uplifting. Tart Homemade Chocolate Ingredients: Pastry Oven (below) quarter cup (stick) margarine or butter, three ounces of unsweetened baking chocolate 1 cup Sugar 3 tbsp cornstarch big three eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup whipping cream Whipped cream

Instructions 1. Prepare baked Crust Pie 2. Melt the butter and chocolate in 2-quart casserole over low heat, stirring occasionally, remove from fire. Mix sugar and cornstarch, add the chocolate mixture. 3. Beat eggs in a bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until thick and bright yellow, add the chocolate mixture. Bake the chocolate mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, the mixture becomes thick and shiny. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Whip cream in a cool box with electric mixer on high speed until firm. Add chocolate mixture and whipped cream. Pour into the pie shell. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to make. Garnish with whipped cream.

Pie Crust Ingredients: 1 / 3 cup plus 1 tablespoon tablespoons shortening 1 cup c. multi-purpose or unbleached flour / 4 1 teaspoon salt 2-3 tablespoons cold water Directions: 1. Cut shortening into flour and salt, using pastry blender or fork until the mixture becomes brittle. Sprinkle with cold water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing with fork until all flour is moistened and pastry almost cleans side of bowl (1-2 teaspoons of water from others can be added if necessary).

Second dough forms a ball. round flat with simple flour a rolling pin. Do not overload the baking of work that can lead to the pastry becomes hard. 3rd Roll dough into a circle that is 2 inches larger than inverted pie plate, 9 x 1 1 / 4 or 3 inches more than 10 - or 11-inch pie plate with floured cloth covered roller pastry. Bend in the quarterfinals of pastry; place in pie plate. Unfold and gently press into the mold. Please note: I recommend using heat resistant glass pie plates or dull finish aluminum pie pans. Because of pastry made with shortening is not necessary to grease the pan. Thus, if you have a food processor, you can save time by placing a shortening, flour and salt in processor and pulse quickly with short pulse until mixture is crumbly. Then pour water all the time in the feed tube and mix until the dough begins to leave the side of the bowl.
